Defense leads the way to a 4-1 start

The Firelands Falcons football team has been able to bounce back from a week 1 loss to state ranked Edison by reeling off 4 straight wins.  The common theme during those victories has been defensive dominance.  During the past 4 games the Falcons have outscored their opponents 158-23, with the defense only giving up 17

Golf Team brings home PAC Tournament Crown

This past week the boys golf team brought home a Patriot Athletic Conference tournament championships by posting a 356 score. Evan Lacey posted the second best round of the tournament by shooting an 81, Colin Ransom added a 91 and Austin Urban and Carter Grude both finished with 92 for the winning foursome! Great job

Girls Soccer stays clean at 5-0-5

The girls soccer team improved to 5-0-5 and remain undefeated. The Falcons came out strong and put three goals on the board in the first half. They added one more in the second to defeat Columbia 4-2. Zoe Simmons had two goals and an assist. Lexi McCrary had one goal and two assists. Mikayla Mains

The men’s soccer team had an important 5 to 1, PAC win against Columbia last night. Scoring for the Falcons were Patrick Brightbill with 3 goals, John Bechtler with a goal, and John Gall with a goal.  Ethan Hayes and Casey Krueger both had 2 assists each.  Corey Jones had 4 saves.
