Whether you are new to the SAMS cheer program or are returning for another year, I am extremely glad you have chosen our program.
My name is Brittney Horning and I am the new Cheerleading coach for 7th & 8th grade SAMS cheerleading program. My goal is to maintain an excellent program to teach the fundamentals of cheerleading, sportsmanship, and school spirit, while making it a very fun and memorable experience. You can expect to learn cheers, jumps, kicks, and basic tumbling as the season progresses.
Please feel free to contact me at email@example.com or (419)-610-7463
You are making a commitment to our squad by trying out in August which means you are required to attend all practices, games, and other cheer-related events. Please arrive on time to all events. Your attendance and punctuality will be recorded every time. If you are continuously late, absent, or breaking any of the other squad rules, you can be cut from game day activities for that week.
We will have practices Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday after school until 4:30 p.m. Location of practice TBD. Game Days are on Thursday!! For practice, you should be wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and athletic shoes. Your practice clothes should fit you properly; nothing too baggy or too small. Hair MUST be up and out of your face. No jewelry will be worn at practice or games.
